makaveli flips on the lights, and revels that the command center's main computer and radio were destroyed, and that the whole room has blood stains around it

we have to find the radio, the wire for the backup one leads down there, so you know what we have to do

Venessa nods her head as he says what he said.

makaveli nods as he reloads his rifle, he then hooks up a wire to the celiing, and lowers himself down, being sure not to disturb the dead bodies, he reaches the bottom, and sits behind a huge shard of metal at the bottom, then calls for viper to come, leaving the wire up

Venessa hooks on to the wire. She looks down at the died and makes the cross sign before lowering herself. She hated every time she grow closer and closer to the died bodies. She dropped next to Maka and unhooked himself.
Man this is nasty.

Venessa grabs Maka as he was talking and pins him behind a shard of metal with her with her finger over her mouth signing him to be quite. She pooped her head out to look at the brute. She know it they were in the territory of the enemy, worst of all the territory of the Brutes. She lends against Maka and whispers low so the Brutes couldn't hear her
We need the radio or we're going to died here. We are going to sneak past them and grab it and get out as fast as possible. Got it?

makaveli tried to be playful, so that viper wouldnt worrr so much about the sitiuation, because sometimes that leads to unessary risks and certain death

makaveli begins running at a low level, following the wire, he keeps running and a few mintues later he appears with the radio and still not known to the brutes, he gets back behind the shard with viper and tells her whats wrong with it

the radio works, but it only has enough power for only five mins., so lets hurry back up, and use it, then we will decide what to do here

She nods her head to the right telling Maka to move it and fast.

makaveli hooks his wire up and climes up, avoiding the bodies, the the two hear a scream of "UNSC SCUM!!!!!!, ATTACK!!!!!!" the covenant start attacks, and makaveli grabs viper and pulls her up by her hand

VIPER SHOOT THAT BLUE THING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM WITH YOUR RIFLE TILL IT TURNS RED!!!!!!! DO IT WITH YOUR FREE HAND!!!!!!

Viper turns around and begins to shoot at the blue thing in the middle of the room. The Brutes begin to shoot at her. In a panic they throw grenades at Venessa. They miss and hit the died soldiers instead. As the bodies burn she eyes begin to water. Finally, the blue thing in the middle of the room turns blood red.

makaveli pulls her up and the two run out of the room, and runs as fas as they can from the room, almost only a minute later, the hallway they escaped from collapsed and all they could see was blue and red, all the brutes were dead

that blue thing, was a electroplasmic generator, they are the most efficant but also the most dangerous, if they become unstable, then they explode, they blaste may only cover a small area, they it destroys everything, even splitting atoms, there is nothing left down there....now lets use this radio

viper could see makaveli holding his cross really hard, the cross was given to him by his father

Those things are rare in this part of this region, something is not right first we get dropped off in enemy territory and now this. We need to call Command and find out what their planning.
Viper leads Maka into the living room part of the base and stands next to the door ready to shoot.

makaveli sets up the radio, and lots of static is heard, then makaveli hits it a couple of times and it clears up

thats good, now dammit soldier i am not gonna sugercoat it, the convenant are coming, and we cant send a ship out for two days, so you four are gonna have to hold out, if you guys can make it back here alive, i will upgrade your ranks, understand there is a very small chance of that happening, the convenant will be there in a day soldier, a day, so you have till then to pray to god, play with yourselfs, etc. etc., but hold out dammit, i dont want to see you two die

before makaveli could reply the radio cut off

Venessa nods her head. Their was no fear fear in her eyes or depression. She was determinant to make it out of their alive and bring everyone else out too.
We have a day til the Covenant gets here. Go get some rest and tomorrow...well it will be another day in the life of a soldier.
